Great Coliving Experience!nnI’ve lived at Colive Altum for almost a year and it’s been fantastic. The place is new, clean and super convenient. It is close to many amenities such as supermarkets, gym, pharmacy and the tram. As a first-timer in coliving, I’ve loved the community; met so many great people and made lasting connections. Maria Theresa, the host, is always helpful and available. Laundry facilities are modern and easy to book and reporting any issues regarding your room/apartment is quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend it for anyone moving to a new place!
Colive offers a truly international vibe where you're free to socialize or enjoy your privacy without pressure. The apartments are spacious, and the location is excellent, close to the city center. A tram/bus stop is conveniently located just 50 meters away, making it easy to commute anywhere in the city. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Whether you're outgoing or prefer solitude, it's a respectful and flexible environment.
I’ve been living at CoLive, since they opened this facility in Lund, in a shared apartment and honestly, it’s been a really great experience. The apartment feels welcoming, everyone is respectful and friendly, and it’s easy to feel at home whether you’re staying short-term or long-term. CoLive is also perfect if you want to find people to hang out with or social events etc!nnA huge shoutout to our Facility Host, Maria Theresa – she is the greatest ever! Super kind, incredibly helpful, and genuinely goes above and beyond. If something happens, she replies so fast, even on weekends. She makes the whole living experience feel safe and supported.nnThe only downside is the price, which is a bit higher compared to other shared or student housing options in Lund. But overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it!
Great place to live! Real international family but no one forces you to anything. You can choose between hanging out with your roomies or living like a lone wolf. Everything is fine as long as you respect others! Apartments are huge, location is great, 10 min from city centre, building is brand new and people who works for Colive are nice and very helpful. I can recommend for everyone because it's the best price to quality ratio you can achieve!
colive has a great concept! staff respond super quick, special shoutout to the caretaker who really gives 110% to keep the apt in top shape!
