Great exhibition of stoves
Stressed and forced support on a relevant question about the wrong delivered accessory. No apology or talk of credit. Deplorable treatment considering a purchase for 50,000 SEK.
Not only is the stove we bought from this manufacturer five years ago simply fantastic, but the customer service is also fantastic after all this time. A spare part was replaced under the warranty after more than five years, with no complications. Quality is also reflected in the service!
Best stove supplier.
