Limited amount of articles in the store, staff members are Swedish-speaking only, does not understand English and have a hard time giving you the help you're looking for. Nor any section to where to wish for a certain product.nWhenever asking the staff for where to put up a wish-lish they simply tell you to ask another staff member until you've spoken to all.nI rather drive for 20 minutes longer in order to reach a store with English-speaking staff members with a sense of customer-care.

Ok shop. Limited choice. Mellerud has more but 20 km away.

You can get everything you need in this cute shop. It's super sorted. Even lactose-free dairy products from milk to crème fraîche and butter, everything is there. Very friendly staff. Even if you come as a tourist like us and don't speak Swedish, English is no problem at all. We once went to the Coop in Bengtsfors, 25km away very unfriendly staff, which is much larger, but we liked the smaller one in Bäckefors much better.

It's a nice little shop with a nice and helpful staff. There were quite a few customers there when I got there. Coop is a natural meeting point in the village, I think.nRegardless of age, categories, etc., this is where it happens, in the Coop hub! Hope that the store can be operated further and that the customer base does not slow down.

Not a good place, the staff like to stand and talk to each other the best. If you ask for something, they just point, without being service oriented and accompanying and showing. Therefore, I left without shopping. A charm course would suit them well..
