If you value your time, your nerves, or even basic human decency — stay as far away from Coop Charlottenberg as possible.nnThis isn’t just the worst service I’ve ever experienced — it’s a complete breakdown of logic, professionalism, and basic intelligence. I had a package delivered three times by PostNord, with explicit written instructions that it was not to be returned. I was told on the phone by an employee that it was ready for pickup. I drove all the way there — only to be met by another staff member who refused to give it to me, lied about its status, and then smugly claimed it was “already set for return.” The package was right there, in the store. She just chose not to hand it over.nnThe people working in this place are completely unfit to handle anything beyond stocking shelves, let alone function as a PostNord service point. There is zero communication, zero accountability, and worse — a clear sense of prejudice and hostility toward certain customers. It genuinely felt personal. This wasn’t just incompetence — it was malicious, small-minded power-tripping from someone who clearly gets a kick out of making people’s lives harder.nnThis is not a store — it’s a circus of incompetence, run by people who couldn’t care less whether you get your belongings or not. And PostNord should be ashamed to have this place acting on their behalf.nnAvoid this dump at all costs.nSend your packages to literally anywhere else. This backwater embarrassment of a “service point” has no place handling other people’s property.

Service is just ew. I almost gave birth 3 months early out of stress talking to one of these employees.
