Just excellent service all round, having purchased a house that came with a spa they took the time not only to advise us of the filter we needed but how to clean and fully restore the spa as new and supplied all the correct products. Will use again for sure, thank you

Köp inte ditt spabad hos dom! Bra service till en början, men när betalningen är gjord slutar i princip all service. Försenat bad, när väl badet kom så var det annat som var försenat. Totalt flera veckors leveranstid. I två år har vi haft badet nu och lampan sprack och badet började läcka. Trots att vi köpte ny lampa slutade inte badet läcka. Tog kontakt med dom, fick ett mejl till svars som undrade vart det läckte sen radiotystnad. Mejlade till slut företaget som tillverkat själva baljan och hjälp av deras råd som tog max två dagar att få mejlledes är läckan nu fixad. Aldrig mer ett bad från Crystal bad AB. Att vara så serviceminded och sen helt upphöra med det förvånar mig verkligen. Ska du köpa bad? Gör det någon annanstans!

If I could give minus stars I would. Warning for this company. Zero service spirit. Once you buy your hot tub, the service ends immediately. They don't call back or respond when you contact them. Erik, their service technician, is just looking to make money without having to work for them. He never hears from you after the purchase is complete.nJokes!nWARNING!!!!!!

Absolutely not recommended. They are deceitful and manipulative. I called and wondered how much it costs to troubleshoot a hot tub and got a verbal quote including VAT of 1500-2000 SEK. Their technician was not an expert. The person who came to my house after 1 hour did not find the fault and just guessed that it could be due to a fault in the electrical box. He said that they could replace it, then if the problem is solved the entire cost will be 10500 SEK but if it does not work then the cost will be 6500 SEK 6500 SEK for nothing!. I regretted the repair and then received an invoice of 2640 SEK just for troubleshooting with no results. Despite the fact that in principle a quote according to the agreement is a fixed amount that everything must be included, they sent an invoice with details where they calculated the hours of work, round trip transport, car costs ...

Have bought a stainless spa 220*3meter. No bubbles but a quiet spa with 6kw heater.nWe are completely new to spas and pools and have received great help from Erik via phone with all our questions. Takes a while to understand how everything works. Erik is very calm and educational when he explains how we should go about our problems. Thanks fam Månsson at Råå
