Just excellent service all round, having purchased a house that came with a spa they took the time not only to advise us of the filter we needed but how to clean and fully restore the spa as new and supplied all the correct products. Will use again for sure, thank you

Köp inte ditt spabad hos dom! Bra service till en början, men när betalningen är gjord slutar i princip all service. Försenat bad, när väl badet kom så var det annat som var försenat. Totalt flera veckors leveranstid. I två år har vi haft badet nu och lampan sprack och badet började läcka. Trots att vi köpte ny lampa slutade inte badet läcka. Tog kontakt med dom, fick ett mejl till svars som undrade vart det läckte sen radiotystnad. Mejlade till slut företaget som tillverkat själva baljan och hjälp av deras råd som tog max två dagar att få mejlledes är läckan nu fixad. Aldrig mer ett bad från Crystal bad AB. Att vara så serviceminded och sen helt upphöra med det förvånar mig verkligen. Ska du köpa bad? Gör det någon annanstans!

If I could give minus stars I would. Warning for this company. Zero service spirit. Once you buy your hot tub, the service ends immediately. They don't call back or respond when you contact them. Erik, their service technician, is just looking to make money without having to work for them. He never hears from you after the purchase is complete.nJokes!nWARNING!!!!!!

Avoid talking to Mikael, this gentleman is special, he has a sarcastic personality. So the best thing is to talk to someone/some younger people because they are nice and easy to talk to.

Have bought a stainless spa 220*3meter. No bubbles but a quiet spa with 6kw heater.nWe are completely new to spas and pools and have received great help from Erik via phone with all our questions. Takes a while to understand how everything works. Erik is very calm and educational when he explains how we should go about our problems. Thanks fam Månsson at Råå
