Today, We bought a Hybrid Roadbike for my mom. The personnel are very helpfull. Some prices were actually the best for consumers.
On Sunday 22.06. I bought a Thule bike case online, it was delivered to me on Wednesday 25.06 for which I am very grateful. Great company.

My carbon crank broke yesterday, and today Sunday afternoon they went to a lot of trouble to help me remove my non-standard bottom bracket and replace it with a new crank and bottom bracket. Beware scam!nDelivery estimation before paying 1-3 days. Delivery estimation after paying 10-20 days. 20 days later and still hasn't been shipped! They are not responding in emails or phone calls!nStay away!nnEdit no2: They picked up the phone and basically said that they understand the inconvenience of wrong estimations but they are not willing to update them in any way. The only thing they could offer me was a refund, so that's 20 days of waiting for nothing.
