I bought a new bike for my child here a week ago. During a quick test ride in the store, I noticed it wasn’t assembled properly. I waited in line for the workshop, and after 30 minutes I was told the bike was fine. Today, while riding in Lida, it became clear that the derailleur had not been adjusted correctly. This caused the chain to fall between the wheel and the cog, locking the wheel and making my son fall and injure himself. The chain was completely stuck, and we had to walk several kilometers back to the car.If you value your own safety and that of your loved ones, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Very good service when we arrived there in the evening! Easy to sort out 2 bikes and great advice from a male staff member named Junior! Great quality bikes and lovely store!
What is the point of a mega store like this if the staff have no customer service skills. Walked in here as the first customer at kl10. Not 1 of the maybe 10 staff members said hello of offered to help. When I finally got someone's attention, he seemed annoyed I had even asked him where the brake pads were and he pointed me at the wrong wall. May as well buy online...
I wanted to buy lock for my bike. They didnt just hetsitate to sell me the shiiters and most expensive one. Also hard to find help from anybody.
I want to thank Oscar and Albin for their amazing help! They were very friendly, patient, and calm, and made the whole experience really smooth. They helped me find an excellent electric bike elcykel, helmet and gave very useful recommendations. Thanks to them, it was easy to navigate the large store and make the right choice.nHighly appreciated!
