Dalen health center - A few doctors are completely okay while many do not listen to your needs or situation at all and you just throw money down the drain during the visits. I have met both doctors and counselors who do not see or hear you and seem tired of their jobs. They go on some kind of autopilot instead of trying to help you.
My experience of Dalen Hospital ward 72 was largely very poor when it came to care for a back fracture.nnDoctors, physiotherapists and occupational therapists worked well. However, I experienced recurring problems with the treatment from nursing staff.nnI was often interrupted and was not allowed to speak to the point. It felt like neither I nor other patients were always listened to. The tone was sometimes loud and stressed, which was very stressful considering the pain.nnI also felt that I had limited influence in my own care and that basic nursing issues were handled in a way that felt overwhelming.nnThis created a clear feeling of insecurity. Personally, I would not want to be cared for here again. I have also chosen to take this forward to the patient committee.
My wife received a blood transfusion at Capio ASIH DALEN. First a very good visit to the home for blood tests by the super professional Mohammed and then a very good and knowledgeable treatment by Helena et al. in the department itself. We also received a tip that means that my wife's suffering at every blood test can be eliminated with a so-called SVP port. Simple handicap P outside and a nice sandwich in the cafe.
This would be described as a dangerous place to leave your old mother or father. I have never seen such inhumanity. The staff in elderly care should never ever work with people. Do everything you can to protect your elderly from this neglect
