Degeberga-Widtsköfle Golfklubb

From a 16 handicap player who plays in England I found this a beautiful set golf course, a good challenge with generous fairways looks like some holes have been widened recently, which is good as the rough is punishing. Also with summer fairway run and very few 200-230 yd bunkers I enjoyed hitting my driver off the tee.nnI do like the design of the course, some greens were stunningly framed by Scot’s pine and wispy grass, some greens looking like an emerald island.nI had prior knowledge of the green condition, the reason behind some patchiness and actually didn’t find them too bad at all. With a living surface we just have to be patient and understanding when the grass is being changed.nThey are challenging though, not because the condition but from the design of slopes and pin positions.nnI hope to come back again.

Great course with very good greens and fairways. Not to hard. Good value for money

The course has a good and fun layout, but today in poor condition 2 Aug 2024. The condition of the greens was unfortunately really bad, the ball bounced with almost every putt. Should have reduced the green fee considerably. Haven't played any course in Skåne in worse condition than this unfortunately. Should probably also cut down another middle ruff outside the fairway.nThe bang guide on the website lacks relevant information. Doesn't even show the very large gorges or relevant distances. Hope you can sort out the condition.

Nice course, but not top class on the greens. Not so many on the track, appreciated as it flows nicely.
