THIS YEAR Allmost shorted out my batterys electrical system as they started the car with a starter pack after not turning of lights when turning engine off. They had problem attaching croc clips to battery but syill allowed starter to balance on car and when starting engine one croc CAME OFF almost touching chassis. If it would have, the car electronics would have fried! Educate your personnel please!!!nLAST YEAR they missed that both front and rear brakes were worn out i later found out when changing to summer tyres at my firm and there was less than 0.5 mm left = TOTALLY DONE, THIS could have gone really bad. As i said above, educate your personnel and don't be cheap Dekra!nnOtherwise the personnel was nice and friendly, nothing to say about the young guys working there, its more Dekras approach as a company.nnThere is coffee machine and hot water tea and if you ask, hot chocolate, they keep it away to prevent people from stealing it they said, i don't know what says about Arlöv or Dekra but seemed more like a way to save money.
