WARNING to salon owners!nMÅ does not take care of its customers particularly well. Do not support this company! They are very nice and accommodating when you make your first major purchase, but then will not care about your business. Impairs ordering conditions, etc. They just want to make money themselves and unfortunately completely screw up the salons that sell their products. Boring business culture.
Was invited to a viewing here once. The owners felt like they were passionate about their products but she who guided us around was really annoyed and disinterested. Mostly felt like we were in the way and a nuisance. Which unfortunately is my experience when I have dealt with the company later on. Therefore, I have now switched to another skin care brand.
Fantastic staff and nice treatment so grateful for all the help at the Gothenburg horse show today!
