Only two of three packages were delivered.nNo information from DHL. Had to navigate through a huge number of button selections on the phone. Even though I had entered the shipment number in all my button selections, the first question was “What is your shipment number?”nI had not reached the right department but the person who answered put me through - to the wrong department again. 45 minutes on the phone.nIt turned out that DHL had delivered two of the three packages even though they knew that another package would arrive. It would have been perfectly OK if they had just left a message “We will deliver package 3 as soon as it arrives” but I got no feedback at all.
Just have to praise the guy who brought a large delivery to us at Bjuvs learning center today December 5th at about 1:30 PM.nMany thanks for the exceptionally good service
