Total disaster!!! If tere is rating-1000 that's what they deserve. They took me a lot of money to send a package like they are transporting gold, but when they lost my package at the first stop after the service center and when I call them severl times trying to explain how important is that package to me, they said that if it was so important I shouldn't send it by them?!! After month they are still searching... but honestly they don't care, they will wait 6 months to transfer it to claims ... I don't have a words to say how aughfull is DHL!!! My recommendation - Don't use their bad services!!! I won't ever!!!
They are ok. Staff in the office is politefull and they are moving fast. As I was almost out of working hours, they indicated me a ramp to drop the trailer. There is plenty of space in front of the company for parking the truck.
