Everything is very disorganized. No one can open the gate on the way out. There is only one toilet, along with a shower.
The guy at the counter was very rude and didn't want to help you. It ended up with his manager taking over and doing his job. It worked out but it's a shame that you have such competent staff at the counter
Extremely unhelpful and back-handed customer service. The customer service employees are trained to only answer the phone without being helpful with any kind of honest customer service. You can still manage to put the shipping number in the computer. However, they are quick to take payment. Despite wrong deliveries, theft of goods and delivery delays of up to a month.nTighten up DHL! Soon you will be on par with DSV and FedEx and then it will be bad!
