Prior to our yearly car inspection, we had our gas tank on our Wolkswagen Passat inspected and brake pads changed at Wolkswagen in Lund. I also asked them to check if there was something else we needed to fix, but there was not according to Wolkswagen. 2 days later when we went to the car inspection at Carspect, the car inspector discovered that the shock absorber on one of our front wheel had broken. We got an instant driving ban as this is super dangerous to drive around with and can lead to that the car suddenly stops when in traffic. Both the car inspector, and the car mechanic from the workshop who replaced the shock absorber Not Wolkswagen said that this was not something that had just happened, as they could actually see rust on the cut. When talking to Wolkswagen they did not have any notes of any shock absorbers being broken and this was nothing they had discovered. They said that to be able to see this they would have to remove the wheel.nWhich is very strange as the car inspector at Carspect saw this instantly as soon as we came just by looking at the car.nCan just say, will never again turn to Wolkswagen in Lund with my car, as they apparently dont see obvious errors, which not only have led to a lot of unnecessary work for us but in worst case it could have caused us being in a serious car accident.

Nice service but did not find the rock in my Brake mechanism during a 950 kr brake check... I was forced to take the car to Landskrona for a 'troubleshooting' which is double the cost, only for them to find within 1 hour a small lodged rock.nnVW Lund refunded me for the Brake check service and were very understanding. Just, should have checked the brakes more closely during my 950kr brake service!

Nice service. A bit more expensive than other places I'm sure but I have never had any problems going there and when it's something simple like a lightbulb change they always squeeze me in.

Very friendly staff, but i wish that All authorised dealers could have better service schedule times, the schedules are too busy, hopefully they could find more staff to solve this problem
