Useless costumer service and warranty support.nWhen you contact them about warranty issues they never return with a respond and when you contact them, they come up with a lame excuses just to prevent costs!?nnI had 3 cases with 3 different cars one Passat from 2018 which I had pixel issues on interface they never ever returned back to me regarding warranty for it.nnSecond I bought and returned a Tiguan from 2018 which had issues with isolation which they would not fix at their cost!? Mind blowing.nnThe last which happened here today I have a Tiguan from 2020 and low km. Had an issue about some bubbles from under the paint on luggage door around nr. Plated. VW have 12 years rust warranty….nWaited 3 weeks no answers, went there my self today and somebody behind the took the call and from his desk somewhere decided to say that it is stone chips which is the cause of the small bubbles from UNDER the paint. It’s just unacceptable both they way they handle the case but also to reject clear and obvious error from vw I will never ever buy an VW again.nnUpdate:nAfter my review Anders Lundqvist replied me about my experience.nI sent him an email right away, with my info but again, he did not contact me at all. After almost 2 weeks I managed to get in touch with Anders my self by calling him.nnHe didn’t knew who I was and searched my name in his mailbox to see why I was calling him.nFinally when he understood what it was about, the reply was the same in the phone as last time from the guy on the phone at VW Malmö….. mind blowing.nnHe just replied my review here to save some face and say we care….they do NOT unfortunately.
Went to the garage 4 weeks ago, got an fixed appointment for oil change. Tried to postpone today to an earlier date; no fixed appointment in the system, only later dates available :-
I've been bringing my wife's Golf here for service since we brought it, and I have always found DinBil to be professional, with friendly and competent staff. Case and point, Ida on the verkstad desk greets with a smile and makes one feel welcome and valued as a customer. There is a nice waiting room with decent free coffee and a snack vending machine with actually reasonably priced snacksnnThe only reason for 4 stars is that price-wise this is not the best option. But this is more a consequence of VW and their predatory service charges rather than this franchise of Din Bil. I would recommend this place warmly.
Great service! Very kind and helpful. They directly solved our problem with the gear box of our camper which popped up during our trip through Sweden. Excellent experience. Thanks again!
