Tried Company leasing. Basically a huge rip-off. High service fee, very high insurance basically useless 3000 deductible for every item. And when returning the car, they'll find all kind of tiny problems, and the cost for fixing these will cost you an arm and a leg a final rip-off. A missing key also cost 3000. Apparently they don't expect you to go back ever again.
I leased a car for 3 years. The car is alright, small problems here and there even though it's a brand new one!. However, the cost is really high, many extra charges, among which the service agreement is apparently not well designed or maybe it's on purpose -- You have to add engine oil by yourself before you can use the service after 2 years. Maybe I was unlucky, but the AC stops working all of a sudden right before I'll return the car, and the repair cost quite a few thousand SEK. Also I lost a key and that's another couple of THOUSAND FOR A KEY!!.nCustomer support is quite problematic: once it took me five calls to resolve a faktura issue -- it turned out they had mis-calculated the amount. On another occasion, I received a faktura pretty late -- so late that it came together with the bill for reminder, and guess what, the next month you got another bill for the delayed payment!! They are really good at shaking you down and squeezing every penny out of you.nThe car I leased was among the cheapest in the shop, but still it cost quite a bit!!
We went to this workshop to have a stone chip in our windshield repaired. We were promised it could be repaired the next day. So we brought our van there at 7:30 a.m. We were told it would be ready for pickup at 4:00 p.m. The windshield needed at least two hours to dry, so it wouldn't be ready until 4:00 p.m. At 2:30 a.m. we received an email. We were informed that the tool was defective and therefore the windshield couldn't be repaired today. We naturally wondered how the glue could dry in such a short time.nnWhen we got there, our van was still in the same place as before. The van hadn't even been touched or moved. No apologies whatsoever. Customer service was abysmal. As a VW customer, you're used to a different kind of service. It really spoiled our vacation. Not recommended.
Great service: We were on a vacation roadtrip while the lock of our back door broke and the back door could not be locked anymore. Hence, we needed a quick solution. Everyone was very understanding and they managed to change the lock within less than one hour and therefore saved our travel plans.The price was also fair. All in all, an awesome job!
During our vacation in sweden the exhaust from our van broke. They welded it for a very, very low price in just a bit, so we could move on. Nice people and great service! They saved our vacation! Thank you
