Really good experience with the workshop in troubleshooting a software issue. Volkswagen has definitely work to do to release tested software but the dealership is really helpful and professional.
I previously had an unpleasant experience with Din Bil Södertälje when my service book was lost. However, they handled the situation with great professionalism and respect.nThey provided me with a new service book and went to great effort to contact the previous workshops to recover as many of the original service stamps as possible — successfully obtaining several of them.nAs compensation for the inconvenience, they also offered my next service free of charge.nI truly appreciate their professionalism, dedication, and the way they turned a negative experience into a very positive one.
At 07:00 this morning, I left my car for a booked service. Glad, smiling personnel greeted me. After signing the paperwork, I was very kindly offered a morning snack. That's what I call thoughtful courtesy. It could make your day.
Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Work quality is quite sloppy, replacement cars are dirty and not in acceptable condition, windscreen cracked in 4-5 places, doors feels like car has been crashed or smth. I hope they get better soon.
Very helpful and professional.
