Diö båtklubb

A nice and distinguished boat club can be found in a beautiful little bay in Möckelns sjö outside Diö. Here the small picturesque fishing cottages are lined up and a few piers are available for the club members to moor their boats on numbered spots. When I visited, there was heavy traffic in and out of the bay and the people on board waved happily to each other, which indicates a nice atmosphere in the club.nFor those of you who come here by car, there is plenty of parking space just about a minute's walk from the boat piers. Diö has a nice boat club and for that it gets five stars from me

Nice little marina in the northern part of Lake Möckeln.

50kr in ramp fee when launching and 50kr when you've finished fishing after five hours, so 100kr is the cost to open the boom for a boat trip, quite sneaky. Typically Småland residents

Stopped in for a leg stretch and a cup of coffee. Very nice surroundings!
