Diö badplats

An unforgettable experience at DiöBadplats!nThe beach is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family day. The view over Lake Möckeln is stunning, and the 50-meter-long jetty is perfect for swimming. Our dog loved the separate dog area, and we always found a shady spot under the old beech trees. The barbecue area and volleyball court made the visit very attractive for older children as well. The parking lot in the forest was pleasantly cool, and the short walk through the forest to the beach was a small nature experience in itself. We also particularly appreciated the peace and tranquility that prevails there. We would gladly return anytime!

A winding road through a fantastic beech forest leads us to Diö bathing place which provides a nice overall experience. Toilets of a later model and barbecue area as well as a beach volleyball court. Quite okay jetty which leads quite far out into the lake. However, I cannot recommend swimming as there are a lot of stones under the surface which you can easily hit.

Nice swimming area with water that feels like velvet. Good pier and nice view of various small islands in the water. There is a toilet and a large grassy area to sunbathe on.

Quite okay, bad beach though. There are toilets and running water.
