Super dooper nice staff. Always friendly! Haven't left a package with them though. Only received; so judging by the comments, I might not be the best reviewer of this place. But I don't get filled with anxiety when I have to go here. They are always smilin' :
I go here twice a week for my Salt switches. Employees are always friendly with me and speak good English. Thanks peeps
If they could give minus points, they would have. Worst place to drop off and pick up packages. Unfriendly deluxe staff. Requires special ways to drop off and does not want to receive packages because I did not follow exactly what their long list of requirements looks like. This is the third time this has happened and the list is constantly changing. Today I was told that I will not be allowed to drop off packages next time unless I write a code on the package in advance. They do not have time to receive the numbers verbally. There have also been packages that they state do not exist despite confirmation from the supplier. On the third visit I meet a super competent and nice guy. Then it took 30 seconds to deliver the package.
Was going to pick up a package, the guy behind the counter just said it wasn't in the computer. Asked him to look through the packages that had arrived with UPS during the day, but he refused. Tried again that maybe there was a mistake in the scanning and that the package might be there. But he was obviously too lazy to help, because he refused to go and look through the packages again.
I don't know why I even give three stars because my mom is coming to pick up my package or no I regret it they get two stars because people say they're rude
