I would give zero if I had the option. The most unhelpful, rude staff I have ever experienced. They don't even spend one second to listen to you and answer your questions.

I wanted to pick up a package there. The owner was one of the rudest shop owners I have ever met, he was extremely angry for no reason. Really average shop with rude staff.nnI will never shop from them again, or even use it to pick up a package.nnI've never met anyone who likes that store, I don't understand how you can be so bad at talking to customers, not even saying thank you or anything. Terrible!
I have been using Postnord for 5 years now and I have not had any problems with my parcels going missing. But since I used the Music Box as a drop off point, 3 packages have either gone missing or been missorted in just 2 weeks! I recommend going to another Postnord if you are worried about your parcels being incorrectly sorted.
