Can agree with other reviewers that the staff can be tricky. Once I entered the store just before they were going to close, one of the staff was a little snide in his tone when he says I only have 1 minute. He didn't know, but I have handed in/donated a lot of things to them, but from now on I won't do that. Positives are that you can sometimes find bargains there :

Good selection and good prices. Very tricky staff though. I found a bowl on a shelf, when I got to the till the lady started arguing that there should be another lid. I hadn't seen a cap and didn't want a cap either. But then she insisted that I couldn't buy it and that she had to check with her colleague first. Also, the dish had 2 different price tags and the staff got very confused. It was like she wanted me to go find the lid before I had to go. When her colleague arrives, he is also rude and says that I still have to pay full price even though the lid is missing... I had never asked for a cheaper price and just wanted to pay my bowl and leave, instead I had to stand and wait while they were trilled. Very strange.

Nice place with a good selection of used things. Everything from books, records, furniture and board games to tools and movies. There is also a cafe associated with the place. The staff was very nice and helpful. Well worth a visit!
