I recently bought hair colour from here and the main colorant was missing in the box and i called them and asked if something can be done since i had said no to the receipt cause obviously how am i to know ill have to exchange this box cause the colour itself is going to be missing and i can get a exchange and they told me to come to the store and i went and talked to the cashier and she was rude for no reason and said nothing can be done without a receipt. Then they should have just told me that and i wouldn’t out the effort to come all the way to the store again. Im annoyed at their whole service l. Id suggest you check what youre buying from there and make sure to keep the receipt even if you dont need it.
There is no way to give 0 Zero, else thats what I want to give for my experience.nnI visited the store to buy Bathroom product Mr. Muscle and the product was not available. Store mentioned that I can use another one which is same and they told me it'll work same but need to leave it overnight. I follow the exact process mentioned and explained and it didn't worked at all.nnI went back to store and the person at store just refuse to take the product back and asked me to go and take it with product company instead.nnI asked why you misguided me and they sold me something which is not useful at all. They disown any responsibility and they refuse to do any action. I asked why should I loose my money because of their misguidance, no satisfactory answer from them.nThen they said that they have lots of work to do at store and they can't help me anymore not sure what they helped me anyway, selling random product to keep sales up.nnStore is just selling product without any ownership for it and even if they guide you, they don't own what they say. Thats not a big amount of money for me to loose but it's Customer satisfaction and responsibility , which is missing.nnNot sure if this is same for all Dollar Store now, but it was not that bad atleast till 1 year back.
It's largely what you would expect although be warned that it's just aname: most things do cost more than a dollar more than 10 SEK.
