Visited Doz Apoteket at 10 am 18/7 and received a very nice welcome, from a young man, and fantastic help with targeted advice on products that would help with my problems.nThank you, you made my day! I have almost no pain at all after a few treatments
Nice and knowledgeable staff but very high prices in general, much more expensive than other pharmacies. There are rarely any common prescription products such as birth control pills, allergy medicine and asthma medicine in stock. Picking up a prescription takes forever. I would rather take a detour to Kungsporten now when I need to pick up a prescription or buy over the counter. I expect nothing more than a standard response from the pharmacy to that review but would like to advise others not to bother going here. The experience is based on about ten visits as I live nearby.
Loj staff, who couldn't come up with alternatives when I asked for help with fever reducer for my children. No service mindness, nothing worked.
Nice staff but expensive and usually takes an unreasonable amount of time!! If you need something on prescription, you can expect 20min++
