I love that a smokehouse bbq place exists in Uppsala! It's places in the middle of nowhere just like Brisket and Friends in Stockholm - love how the interior etc is so simple - the focus is only on food. Their meat is great and well smoked. The skills are there. Nice sides, especially loved the cornbread. Too bad they did not have my favorite meat pieces this day. They have more to choose from during the weekends apparently. Definetly going back!

Random pit stop on a road trip and it blew us away!nnWent for a mix brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends + BBQ beans, coleslaw and corn bread and it was absolutely delicious. The owner was really nice as well, highly recommended and will be back again!
The food is good and of high quality at a very reasonable price. Unconveniently located, you will need a car to get here. There are limited seating outside and some inside seating inside a shed next to the shop.
Marvellous!!nIt shows how the food can be simple but as delicious as possible.nNo fancy tricks no diversions just food and deliciousness. Especially in Uppsala, I haven’t eat that delicious, simple and fair priced meat.
