About Max is a bagpipe maker based out of Rimbo Sweden. In 1999 he set out to update and refine the Swedish Säckpipa with his own design, to make it a more well balanced and accessible instrument, using synthetic reeds and high quality materials. Story I’m glad my instruments caught your interest. My bagpipes come in a variety of different keys, drone configurations and a range of materials.
