About Restaurant in Essunga Kyrkby (Nossebro) in the beautiful Swedish countryside. We only serve genuine Italian slow food. Story Welcome to Madame Blue (Madam Blå) kitchen! We - Giovanni Masala and Monica Johansson, an Italian-Swedish couple, living on the beautiful Italian island Sardinia will run the Kitchen at Madame Blue Guesthouse for June through August, in charming little Essunga Kyrkby (near Nossebro) in the Swedish countryside. We only make genuine, home-cooked meals with a true Italian-Sardinian touch, and hope to transmit our passion for good food and wine in good company to you!
