About Nextstep - The annual career fair held at Jönköping University Story The intention with the project is to make contacts and personal relationships between students and companies. There is a mixture of local, national and global businesses present at the fair, willing to recruit students at JIBS. During this eventful day the Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is a venue for the students and companies, offering inspirational guest lectures and gives the students a chance to interact with the companies in first hand. In the evening the JIBS Student Association (JSA) is hosting a banquet with mingle, a three-course dinner and an after party at a local club. Nextstep is the JSA's biggest project since the connection between students and the working life should be more connected. The students of JIBS are diverse, multi lingual and unique in many aspects, which make them very attractive for recruiters and head hunters when they enter they graduate.
