Story Young Muslim Initiative (YMI) was founded in 2011 as a Student Union at Stockholm University by a group of international students with an ambition to positively affect the society. Over time it spread its activities and influence beyond the university campus and aspires to become one of the most active and creative organizations in Sweden with an Islamic background. YMI acts as a platform where highly motivated, ambitious and courageous people can initiate and organize activities, programs, and projects.
