About Värmland County Administrative Board's International Secretariat Story The International Secretariat manages and co-ordinates international projects and international partnerships, upholds international networks and represents the County of Värmland in international organisations. As a governmental organisation on the regional level, Värmland County Administrative Board has an obligation to actively take part in co-operation with regions and organisations in the European Union. The International Secretariat assists organisations in Värmland with co-operation both on the European and global level. "We are a Swedish school with an international profile for years 4-9. We believe that order and discipline creates an optimal learning environment. We impart bilingual education in both Swedish and English and use teaching methods that are supported by international research. Our school was founded in 2018 and is located in newly renovated facilities on Orrholmen in Karlstad."
