About Artisanal Summer craft bakery, coffee shop, and local crafts. Made in Gotland with Gotland’s products. Est. 2018. The bakery will be closed in 2020 due to the Covid-19 emergency. "We are two academics with a passion for good bread and fine company. Thomas, professor in Atmospheric Science at LTU, is the baker, whereas Consu, anthropologist at UU Campus Gotland is an expert in tourism who wants to share Gothem's beauty with as many visitors as possible :. We bake bread and pastries inspired by the German and Gotlandic baking traditions. We only use Gotland’s flour Laban’s. We specialise in whole grain bread Emmer wheat, Spelt, Einkorn wheat.
