The Swedish company ActSafe is the innovator of Power Ascenders, compact portable lifts that travel on ropes to lift people or epuipment in all places.

Story
This page is a window to what ActSafe invents, how the Power Ascenders can be used to save time and money and in which way the operator's health is spared by using a Power Ascender instead of traditional manual techniques. 
ActSafe has since the late nineties developed and manufactured both battery-operated and petrol-engine Ascenders enabling the Swedish company to be market leader within its category of portable  machines for lifting people or equipment on ropes. 
ActSafe is placed in Sweden, south of Gothenburg where the dedicated staff develop, assemble and test the Power Ascenders and supporting and training the network of distributors from around the globe. 
"ActSafe is since 1997 a world leading developer and manufacturer of portable power ascenders for rope access work and was acquiried by Skylotec Nordic in 2020 and merged with Skylotec Nordic AB in February 2022."
