About We make gelato (Italian style ice cream) on Tjörn using organic milk from Skålldal and ingredients from our farm and local producers. "Vi är en liten familjegård med fokus på lokal och ekologisk mat. Gården rymmer fruktodling, grönsaksodling - Market Garden, gelato tillverkning och stugor att hyra.
