Eicorn is a young venture-creation and consultancy company that specialise in what we call Enterprise Ignition™ –an evidence-based development methodology.

Story

Eicorn have two focus areas that boost each other with insights and learnings. The primary area is all about ideating, evaluating, developing, launching and running our own ventures. The complementary area we dedicate to solving high-level innovation challenges for the world’s largest R&D organisations.


Enterprise Ignition™ can be applied as a methodology, a process, a guiding tool, a formula for venturing and innovation efforts. It is however essential to understand that there is no blueprint for innovation. Instead, EI should be regarded as a formula to create optimal conditions for innovation to happen and venturing to be successful.

The core of Enterprise Ignition™ is an evidence-based, scientific approach to everything. Although most people recognize scientific methods as very powerful and important when it comes to solving certain types of problems, these methods are often discarded when it comes to venturing and innovation. In our EI world, facts rule; data and empirical findings override wishful thinking and strong gut feelings; and most things generally perceived as “magic” we demystify into “logic”.
