This is just one of a multitude of fine consumer products made by Electrolux- the Frigidaire chest freezer. Have owned one going on six years, and it’s performed flawlessly… it’s basically been set it and forget it; frozen foods staying fresh for months- not frostbite falls!

After reporting an issue with my washing machine, I was advised to schedule a technician visit, which cost S$95. The technician later confirmed that the issue was unrelated to the machine and could have been resolved over the phone with clearer guidance.nnI raised my concerns with Electrolux Singapore and requested a refund, as the service visit added no value. Despite several follow-ups, my request was repeatedly denied. Offering a 10% discount on future purchases feels less like an apology and more like an encouragement to spend more money, which only adds to the frustration.nnAfter reading other reviews, I see that many customers have faced similar frustrations with unnecessary service charges and lack of accountability. It is disheartening to see a brand of Electrolux's reputation ignoring recurring issues and failing to prioritize customer satisfaction.nnThis experience has significantly eroded my trust in Electrolux’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend Electrolux based on this experience and hope they take steps to improve their service policies and restore trust with their customers.

As a former Electrolux employee Product Manager in Istanbul and a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the repair process.nI purchased the dryer approximately five years ago. During its usage, the drum cracked and was repaired by your service team. However, upon receiving the dryer back, I noticed damage to the side panel. Assuming it wouldn't affect the machine's functionality, I didn't pursue the matter further.nSubsequently, I sent the dryer in for filter cleaning, only to have it returned without any cleaning having been performed.nMost recently, the dryer stopped working due to a faulty temperature sensor. The repair took over a month, and upon its return, I was dismayed to discover that both the water tank and the door had been replaced with parts from another machine. The service team apologized, explaining that a technician had mixed up the parts, and assured me that they would order replacements.nAfter a six-month wait, the water tank was replaced with another used tank not my original one, and while the door's inner part was replaced, the frame remains from the other machine. Additionally, my dryer originally had a glass door, which has now been replaced with a plastic one.nThis series of events has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. The prolonged repair times, lack of communication, and repeated errors have significantly impacted my experience with Electrolux.nI urge you to address these issues promptly and ensure that such incidents do not recur. We bought a new model of Electrolux laundry machine for about 800 Euro and it broke 3 times within a year. It stopped working suddenly after some minutes from the washing program started and the touch control panel didn't react. We had to call the repair service to fix it, even if there are a lot of clothes and some water are inside, we had to wait for several days until the repair guy arrived. Also, the washing program does not finish in time as it's indicated minutes on screen. The amount of water it uses for washing is less clothes are not submerged in water, rather just damp , I don't think this amount of water wash clothes well.nI've never experienced such expensive appliance easily break many times in a first year and the machine does not do its job effectively . I will never buy product from this brand.
I was happy user since 2007 with dishwasher and fridge, then on new flat again the same plus owen by kichten studio and plate.. so far so good... however byuing a vacuum cleaner was a big fail, PureD9 !!! Completely a product cheat, improper for daily use, its handle got broken 2 times in 3months, authorized repair asking for 40e each - my fault I purchased via dumb reseller and not original shop, promising more proactive treatment based on its TaC. However local CZ/SK support avoding any help, now on my way to report this to some EU alert system and their HQ too.
