Absolutely loved this. We bought few items from here and later on we found same items with low price in other dealer's store so we approached Elgiganten about the price and they have matched the price meaning they have cashback the excess amount immediately. I would definitely come back here I need to buy any electronics goods.

Purchased IconX 2018 headphones. They were opened prior to my purchased and faulty. Recipe was given. Returned them to another store and the receipt was not showing on their system and they would not return at that store. Have been asked to travel 5 hours back to the city where I purchased them and all I get in return is my money back and my travel expenses. 5 hours of my life for a clear error that this company made not the paying customer.nnI have the time and the financial means to sue and I am. Not sure if the just Swedish like to have their tummies tickled and roll back over but in Britain, you don't get away with this. Sent a financial demand with 10 days to hear back so let's see where this deplorable company goes with this. Worst operational setup I've ever experienced from a retail chain.
