Awful service behaviour in Täby Arninge store. Just asked for my receipt as i should receive as a shopper, customer i don’t know.. It is my right that i should get my receipt but the guy who worked at the service station he’s name is Jonathan he not only couldn’t print out my receipt he get angry ,no able to listen customers question,absolutely disrespectful, no reason saying bad words to me and even kicked me out from the store. Even tried to use hands! what is wrong with this staff? such an unprofessional person who has problem with his personal r behaviour and attitude. How can he continue working in this position such a shame. I could say leadership problem and simply arrogant staff that don't care seem to be in charge at elgiganten these days.
Soooo low prices i got a TV for 90.20
