Very helpful towards a non-Swedish speaking Brit.
Always loved just walking around in this store, not just buying stuff. I often imagine what things I'd like to get whenever I walk around and look at things. I just really love electronics and video games. If I'm going to buy electronics, I'm going to go to Elgiganten first, they always price match what other stores can offer, and if they don't have something in stock, some employees even recommend what other store nearby have what I'm looking for, even if it's their competitor. So getting this good of a service every time, of course I'm going to go here first, that's really really smart, most people working there are so nice and helpful. Please Elgiganten, cherish these people working there. They're doing a good job and I will keep coming back here every time I need something
Advertising products on the internet, and when you go to the store, they tell you that they have to order it first. That's how you loose business, a trip to another store Kjell and they had the product ready to be sold and at a cheaper price.
Stuff is always helpful. Sometimes they are missing things that they have in offer but usually they come next day.
Good service and a well stocked store. Competitive prices. Easy to park.
