I visited the store a week ago during the Black Friday period, and I was immediately assisted by two employees, Simon and Daniel. Both were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in.nnSimon was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in the Apple section, guiding me through the products and helping me choose exactly what I needed. iPadDaniel was also very helpful, assisting me in finding all the accessories I was looking for, as well as with the laptop I ended up purchasing.nnBoth of them were exceptionally polite and provided fast, efficient service.

I decided to use 3 nWhy nBecause of staff ‼ They are not so friendly and helpful to be honestnI can describe my experience in that store. nYoung man are very strange and not so helpful if i compare with young women They look lazy, like someone pressed them to go and worknAbout electronic product of course i’m happy good brand; Samsung Electrolux, Apple and so on…nBut staff was not good‼

Great place if you're looking for premium electronics. They have a beautiful selection of everything especially gaming stuff

Ordered a tv had to wait a whole month to get it and I go in the day it said it would be there to find out it is NOT there and I have to wait even longer for it and didn’t even get a notification that it would arrive later. Very unprofessional and such an inconvenience when you are expecting it to arrive in 2 weeks and yet it is still not here after a month while the delivery literally says they deliver within a week
