Hello! Terrible service from the people working in the store. No professional treatment and a great ignorance about the products. Niklas, who is the manager of the store, has no idea what customer satisfaction is!nMy family and I will never set foot in that store again!
Taking the time to stare at nothing but helping me buy a phone even though there was only one customer ahead of me paying with another member of staff was more fun. Once I got to the point of paying for a phone, he wanted me to disappear as quickly as possible. I also needed a case, screen protector and I wanted to buy the big jbl speaker, but good thing I didn't. Too bad there was a rush to get hold of a phone.
Very helpful staff who made sure I got what I wanted, even though they didn't have the item at home themselves. Clear message and service! Feel free to come back!
Waited 30 minutes for the sellers to push out a single queue number. They had a really good time and stood and chatted with their friends instead. Sigh! It must be Netonnet instead.
