I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the services provided on the embassy website. I encountered an issue while attempting to schedule online appointments for my children's identification documents and am currently unable to proceed with the online booking process. If all appointment slots are presently filled, it would be beneficial to communicate this information publicly to ensure all users are informed. Thank you.
I had an appointment on Monday, March 3rd, to issue visas and ID cards for my adult children. We all traveled from Norway. When we rang the doorbell, we were greeted by a smiling man who asked us if we had a reserved appointment and our names. After he checked that, he let us in. From the moment we were called until we finished, it took about 20-25 minutes. The whole process went smoothly.nnA tip for those visiting the embassy: book an appointment and bring everything you need for the case listed on the website. That way, you can save yourself from frustration.nnThe staff is very nice, helpful, and very pleasant.nThank you very much for the help, especially to the staff at the front desk and in office 11 and 12.nnMBnNorway.
I have called to the number given here several times a day with out getting any answer. Any advice what to do?nit is extreamly shamefull to travel many hours to get some information that supposed to be ease to get them through just telefone call from home.nHelp me please!!
