Absolutely wonderful nurse took care of us in the best way when my daughter and I came in for a fainting attack and the daughter who has a fear of injections left with peace of mind. The nurse was really in the right place. Even the doctor and the others we met were so nice and caring. Thank you please!!!!!!
Completely satisfied with the experience today at the children's intensive care unit when I came in with my daughter. Such nice nurses and quickly taken care of.
Big praise to the emergency room in Ystad for the care I received during an emergency visit due to pyelitis.nVery grateful. What a staff!!!!nCarl Goran
Was denied care and shunted between health centers. Most likely the doctors do not have identification as they refuse to carry out examinations and instead write notes on addresses to health centers for SEK 300 each.nnIt's not a question of needing more money for healthcare, it's about efficiency. Sweden has become a U country and the Ystad emergency department is proof of this
Terrible experience at the emergency room in Ystad,nnCan't you please make our emergency department better for everyone's sake? Had a urinary tract infection and took me to the emergency department at 17 on a Thursday when the health center was closed. I felt really bad. Around 20 they took blood samples. At 22 I was still sitting waiting for an answer. As I have diabetes, I asked for something to eat because my blood sugar was low. There was nothing to buy. Another patient shared his throat lozenges. The staff brought a sandwich and told me at the same time that the test results had arrived and that I was next in line to see the doctor. Around 11.30 pm I was called to wait for a doctor. Because I had a urinary tract infection, I needed to go to the toilet often, but it was constantly busy, which was annoying. I was in so much pain that I thought I might as well bear the pain at home where I could have access to a toilet in peace and quiet, and wait for the health center to open. At 02 in the morning I decided to go home, without having received help for nine hours. The next day, I was prescribed antibiotics from my health centre.
