Great ambulance crew, nurses and doctor actually saved my life after being rushed in from 90 kms away after catheter blocked following surgery at Uddevalla the day before. Stayed in for the night and the care was very very good. BUT the next day I was expected to catch 3 buses and walk 10 kms down a gravel road to get home despite being in extreme pain and hardly able to walk holding on to the catheter bag all the time whilst carrying a bag of wet clothes and surigal items and a rucksack. Apparently this does not warrant a taxi!
I never usually leave reviews on Google, but the team at Arvika's emergency room deserves praise!nnAlmost two weeks ago, I fell and injured my knee relatively seriously when I visited Arvika for the first time. I was received with such empathy, care and competence, from both nurses and assistant nurses to the orthopedist.nnThe assistant nurses and nurses made me see the light in the sad situation and contributed with light-hearted energy, while the orthopedist described my condition very comprehensibly and radiated high competence.nnEven though I underwent two rounds of X-rays, was plastered and examined, everything went very smoothly and quickly!nnAlready missing Arvika's hospital now that I have been able to come back to Karlstad Central Hospital and they have a lot to learn from this incredible hospital, never experienced such good treatment before in healthcare!
The world's worst emergency room, you should be happy if you get help within 5 hours because they probably forgot about you in the patient room. I was just forgotten for 9.5h and found by a cleaning lady. Without water or food with a completely severed foot.
I had chopped my leg with an axe. Very quickly helped by very friendly nurses. The doctor stitched up the wound very neatly. Thank you for the fast and quality care!
Fantastic treatment today. Came in with my dad and received all the care you could imagine. Thanks to the entire team, professional and humble at the same time. Thank you Anhörg!
