Nice shop with bicycle supplies, among other things.
Walks in and doesn't see a single staff member. No one shows up after I've been in there for a while. No one asking what I'm looking for etc. After a while, someone appears who is talking on the phone and gives a dutiful hello. I find what I want and stand at the checkout and wait. No staff shows up. A new customer comes in the door and immediately gets the attention of two employees.
They say they respond to emails within 1-3 days but that is not true. It's been almost a week and I can't get help with returns.
