We visited the open area and I am mind blown. There is a swim choice for every age, the pools and surrounding are clean and up-kept and there are employees always walking around and checking on others behavior and cleanliness. Food and drink choices are good and there are outdoor and indoor showers available. Great value for money.
ReviewnnUnfortunately, my experience at this sports complex was extremely disappointing. My shoes were stolen from the women’s changing room. When I approached the reception desk for help, instead of receiving any support or even basic empathy, I was told that this is apparently a common occurrence and that thefts happen there “quite often.” I was also told that the complex takes no responsibility whatsoever for stolen belongings.nnI pointed out that if theft is indeed such a frequent occurrence, visitors should at least be warned about the risk, so that they can take the necessary precautions and avoid leaving their belongings unattended.nnWhat shocked me most, however, was the attitude of the reception staff. They responded with complete indifference and even irritation, repeatedly insisting that they were “not responsible” and telling me that I could “just as easily be robbed on the street.” nnI find this kind of attitude completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Even if the facility is not legally responsible for customers’ personal belongings, I would expect staff to show at least some empathy, provide assistance, and handle such a situation professionally. Instead, the only advice I received was to go to the police.nnI was actually considering purchasing a one-year membership, but after this incident — and especially after the way I was treated by the reception staff — I have completely changed my mind.nnIt is extremely disappointing when a facility that you trust and pay to use simply dismisses you with “it’s not our responsibility.” If theft really happens regularly, the facility should take the issue seriously, improve security, and at the very least clearly inform its customers about the risk.nnI sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously — both in terms of security in the changing rooms and the unacceptable attitude of the reception staff.
nnUnfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Eriksdalsbadet has good facilities, but the cleanliness was far below what I expected. The changing rooms were especially filthy and clearly need more frequent cleaning and maintenance.nnA public swimming facility should prioritize hygiene, and this is an area that requires significant improvement. I hope the management addresses the cleanliness issues, as they take away from the overall experience.
This is a SMALL KIDS’ PARENT review.nnOutside area.nnIt's not the kind of place that is worth traveling to, but it's amazing if you live nearby. I love that there is a toddler/small kids area. It includes a 25cm deep swimming pool and playground. Parents of small children can take a breath and relax for a while. There are two small kiosks for fast food, coffee ice cream. You can bring your food with you as well. There are changing rooms, inside and outside showers, lockers, and toilets. Very nice place for kids. Good temperature water in the pools and the showers. Reasonable prices.
Very nice and clean swimming space. Nearest metro line is Skanstull. You can go to this place if you enjoy swimming and want to experience it in a clean and nice environment. One can google more about it. The surrounding areas are very soothing and nice and a great nature walk is around , in the evening it looks so beautiful outside this area is a good watch.
