We came because our dog needed some tests since she had some urinal problems recently. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and we waited a few minutes until the doctor came to us. She explained to us everything. Then we met some nurses who carried out the tests and they were also very friendly and helpful. We felt in the right hands. After all the tests our dog did not have anything serious, she only had to take some medication. It is also great that they speak very good English so it is easy to communicate even if you do not speak Swedish.
My cats veterinarian taking well of my cat, well giving some good information about cat diet and so on. The veterinarian name is Karolis, for that I want to say thanks!!! The only problem is the clinic not accepting cash, hoping the system will change as we all need cash in daily basis. Overall, the staff in the reception is very helpful by handling my cash situation. Tack !!!
It is a really nice clinic, the staff is very friendly and kind and the most important: My cat is being well treated here.
We have taken our dog to this animal hospital a few times now and have experienced emergency care as well as less acute care. The staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful and they always take such great care of my dog, despite the fact she is not good with going to the hospital or meeting strangers. We’ve been very happy with the service our dog has received and will continue to use this animal hospital when necessary.
