We took our dog for an appointment after suffering a seizure. The vet didn't check the dog much my dog is very scared of vets so he doesn't like it but also isn't aggressive at all. Recommended to go to Helsingborg for a MRI and took some blood.nThey charged for the visit and blood samples 8000 sek.nToday in Helsinborg they saw my dog, did different neurological test manually with me there, to check he's reaction, without a problem. They concluded that there is NO need for a MRI.nWill not go back to Evidensia in Växjö again and would NOT recommend it.nWe should've gone to Helsingborg at the beginning where we were treated well, what needed to be done was done and extra text, scans, etc were not asked for since it was not necessary.nI hope these franchises didn't prioritise milking insurance companies.
Ok. They gave contradicting information and didn’t send our dog home with any medications after surgery which led to her getting sicker and then gave us contradicting information of how much medicine to use and what not. A full spay is typically not this complicated and for that I would recommend going somewhere else to avoid a non-complicated procedure from getting drawn out and extremely expensive.nOk service otherwise
Very expensive and not reliable. They said to contact me when the analysis results will be ready, hence they have never contacted me, i have to contact them for the amount that i have paid. This is un realistically expensive and without medical treatment in the end, Very disappointing.
Were in need of acute help and got it very timely, with great quality. Stuff is amazing in taking care of animals and distressed owners.
One veterinarian wanted to put down our cat on Sunday, the next day another one said he had gotten so much better he could go home.nThat's just the end of week of double messages and contridictions.
