Took my cat for a vaccination. The nurse was nice and gentle, made my stressed cat feel calm
This is my first google review only because I just HAVE TO complain.nnMy cat had some skin infection on her neck, and the vet clinic nearby didn’t have a time slot so I was referred to this one.nnI didn’t care that it’s expensive here or I needed to travel far in winter to visit, all I wanted was making my cat healthy again.nnAfter 4,5 times of visits and about 20000SEK cost, my cat is still having the same problem and they are still saying they don’t know, with absolutely no care for her suffering.nnFirst they told me to buy this inflatable neck collar, then the next vet told me I shouldn’t have used it. What a joke.nnAlso first they said it could be an allergy, and asked me to buy non-allergic food from them, and after biopsy etc they still don’t know and come back telling me it could still be allergy. I have never changed anything about my cat’s diet and there’s no way it is suddenly an allergy.nnAgain, 4 months, many visits, and 20k SEK and you got absolutely nothing?nnThis week, I called them on Monday morning, very polite and asked questions, they said they will call me back. I called again later on Monday and they said there was no note about my call AT ALL.nThey only managed to call me back on Wednesday. While my cat was leaving blood stains on my floor for days.nnAbsolutely the worst experience one can possibly have with a vet clinic.nnI hope they grow some hearts to actually care about animals and the owners instead of money.nnAVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Stupid expensive, a 5 minute visit I've paid 240 kr for at another, non Evidensia clinic cost me 1280 kr here not urgent. No wonder they don't show prices when you schedule online...
Just a waste of your time and money. No help provided whatsoever. Only charging 2500 for a heart rate check and temperature check. While you come with an urethra problem they simply send you home.
I bring my kitten for vaccination. The vet is really kind and gentle to calm my kitten before taking the shot. He also tells me how I should hold me kitten to make it less hurt. In the end, the vaccination goes well without my kitten meow. Really appreciate and recommend.
