Visited on a saturday during the summer after our dog cut her foot on something in a lake. The nurses were very very nice - empathic, understanding, friendly and very focused on making sure we got good care. They kept apologising for the wait time, despite it being less than half of what we would have expected in Stockholm nnWhen we met the vet, she was careful, gentle and efficient. She recommended the dog get some stitches, which required full anesthesia, and the nurses made sure we could be with our dog during the initial falling asleep and while she was waking up. When they came out with her to us after the operation, they'd cut out a little heart from the same material they wrap the bandage in and put it on her bandage nnWe got printed detailed and thorough information about how to deal with the wound before we left, together with materials for two changes of her bandage, and they took the time to tell us how sweet our dog had been the whole time she was there.nnAll in all, we were super happy with the fast and thorough care we got, and the nurse in the reception gets an extra gold star. Almost makes us wish we lived in Karlskoga so it could be our regular vet practice. Highly recommended!

Impersonal place. You need to feel seen when you are away with your animal and are worried about the visit. A plus for the location with good parking. Wish there was an automatic door opener when you arrive with your hands full. It will be 3 stars because of the last vet's treatment, which was great, otherwise it would have only been 2.
